I have noticed a couple of problems regarding subtitles and the new Search/Download function:

When switching Audio Tracks while a downloaded Subtitle is selected, the subtitle selection is automatically reset to “None”

Downloaded subtitles are not permanently saved to the server. When deselected, the downloaded subtitles disappear from the list of available subtitles.
The result is that switching Audio Tracks not only deselects the subtitle track, but removes it from the list of available tracks. This can be problematic for content like Anime or Foreign Films, where you may need to to switch between the original Audio and an English dub based on viewer preference. I would suggest the following:

Downloaded subtitle tracks should be permanently added to the standard list of available subtitles for a video. These should be manually removable from the Server/Web interface.

When switching between audio tracks, by default the selected Subtitle Track should be maintained regardless of whether the track is embedded or downloaded.

(Secondary request) Subtitle preference should (optionally) be linked to a given Audio Track, so that switching between Audio Tracks will automatically trigger the appropriate subtitles selection. This could be enabled on a per-library basis.
