As it says. I use mp3 format only, but decided to give FLAC a try. After adding a FLAC release to an existing Artists folder, any new music video’s added after the fact will not show up under any circumstances.
Any existing music video’s in that Artist’s folder that are then removed will result in the video’s thumbnails visually staying there, despite all rescanning/refreshing/dancing etc…
Once the FLAC release has been removed from the Artist folder, the new video’s will show up, and the removed video’s thumbnails dissapear.
This can be proved by adding those same music video’s to an artist which solely has MP3 releases, which results in them showing up. This was the hunch something was up.
Not sure this is Linux related as somebody else was troubleshooting what appeared to be the same issue on a window’s server…
