Agreed. I also created a new account and same issue. I also see same issue on Managed Accounts. It’s definitely broken… it’s just how do we get Plex to look at this… they don’t have tech support contacts. Which seems stupid as Plex Pass members who pay for their product should at least have someone they can speak with for tech support instead of only the community.
