I have been looking at the newish reporting dashboard lately and noticed that the reporting includes plays that come from libraries that have ‘Include in dashboard’ turned off. I think one can argue that these plays should be covered in the overall numbers and maybe in the detailed reporting as well (when you drill down into individual plays), however it is also included in the ‘top plays’ section - I think that is an undesired / unexpected behaviour for plays from libraries with that setting turned off.
Since only the admin can see the dashboard, I don’t really see the point.
If there are things on your server you don’t want to show other users, you better set up different user accounts for them.
That’s fair enough at the moment, over time I can see that you might want to expose the dashboard to other users and then this can be overlooked. Obviously I am using different accounts, was just surprised that this dashboard was not heeding that setting…
