[BUG] Short videos does not change framerate anymore since beta 1.24 (8076)

Hi

Since beta 1.24 (8076) short videos does change framerate as they should.

Server Version: 1.12.0.4829
Client Version: 1.24 (8076) and newer

Videos somewhere between 1-20min does not change framerate as they should. They all just play at what you sat your ATV 4K to.
If I play a video longer than 20min it changes as expected. (I have not tested 100% how long a video needs to be before it stops to change framerate, but if I play music videos that are usually somewhere between 3min and 6min none of them change framerate anymore, but everything above 20min does.)

All videos incl ones at 3min+ all change frame as expected

I really hope you can fix this, quite annoying bug.

Now that Client Version: 1.23 (7860) has expired, we can no longer watch short videos like music video with correct frame rate. Can anyone at Plex answer why that is?

I mean, I chose to get ATV to change frame rate in settings, so why do Plex think that with some videos, I don’t want to change frame rate?

I now have to use InFuse as that even connected to Plex Server, does actually honor my change framerate setting in ATV with all video lengths.
