[BUG] Sound pausing problem

Player Version#: 6.9.4.7254

A very brief but distinct pause in audio is happening ever 6-11 seconds. This does not happen on my Roku Streaming Stick and it also does not happen on my android phone. The player version for both stick and stick+ are the same.

Both TV’s are LG, but the one with the issue is LG OLED. Doesn’t happen with plex on the smart TV neither.

The issue started recently. Does not happen on all files. Example problem file is mkv with ac3 stereo with h.264/265 enc. Does not happen with EAC5.1

Anyone have any idea?

Still happening only on some files. I’m glad the plex team is so diligently supporting issues

It’s now working as expected. I didn’t change anything, so I guess there must have been a fix released
