You didn’t say on what device you’re viewing, but if it’s only one doing it, clear the cache of your app/browser.

Try emptying the trash optimizing the db

Empty Trash - you mean go to Library → Manage Library → Empty Trash? Ok, it was done, but I thought that it used for deleted content via Plex Server… I don’t use Plex to delete content - make it in Explorer. How I can run Optimizing DB? E.g. Settings → Some menu item → Etc.

No that’s not what trash does. Now go to settings, manage, troubleshooting - do clean bundles and optimize db

Seems that Clean Bundles clears only unused ones… Have Plex any ability to remove all metadata and force to update it without deleting whole library?
