New Movie Thumbnails Not Generating

I am running Plex Server Version 1.14.1.5488 on Windows 10 (1803). I added a bunch of movies and instead of generating the movie poster thumbnails, it instead just loaded dummy thumbnails of the movies. http://prntscr.com/msm0z6

I tried moving the files from the Plex directory, updating the library, emptying the trash, cleaning bundles, restarting the server, then adding the media back; however, the thumbnails still don’t load. I downloaded the database file from the web interface and just popped it into notepad to do a quick Find search. The search showed me that even though the file was deleted and the bundles were cleaned, the database still has the path to the movie and other information about the movie.

I have the same media on a CentOS Plex server and the metadata was retrieved just fine on there, so it’s not a problem with the files themselves.

Basically what I’m asking is how to fully flush out the information about a movie/file from the Plex database?

UPDATE: So it’s actually a problem with the matching system. If I go to an individual item, select ‘Fix Match’, and choose the Movie Database, the correct metadata and thumbnail are inserted. However, I have to do this for each individual item. For some reason the files are not being matched on the Movie Database automatically. I believe it’s using ‘Personal Media’ as the database by default but I don’t know how to switch it.

RESOLVED: Turns out you can select the Library on the left panel, and switch the Agent the library will use by default.
