Hi i have started to experience problems with my Plex where it will not find or insert any thumb nails i have tried updating removing and reinstalling plex with no luck i have also tried to look under the match and all i get is no matches found.
any help on this would be greatly appreciated

Are you talking about Plex creating preview thumbs or about adding a poster to a movie in your library.
I see you already tried all sorts of things (without a particular order 
) – just not sure I get the actual issue.
Hi its the posters on my library that i’m trying to get to work. never had a problem for about 50 files
and then i started to experience the problem that i can not find the posters
You write Plex doesn’t find any matches at all… does that mean this is not only about no posters being downloaded but also no other metadata (titles, descriptions…)?
If so… anything coming to mind that could block your Plex Media Server from connecting to the internet (e.g. a firewall, bad DNS…)?
hi thanks i have just updated my synology so could have something to do with it do you now what i would need to check?
