OK this BUG exists since about 2 years now. I opend a thread here back then that did not yield anything.
All Videos with Frame Width smaller or equal to Frame Height aka Portrait Videos resp. Square Videos play back destorted on Tizen. I tested on 4 diffent Samsung TV Models. Same outcome each time.
The same videos work perfectly fine on any other platform.

Note 1: Despite the 4 second duration of the Test Videos I still had to lower the bit rate to be able to upload them due to the file size restriction. The non altert videos are available if needed. The XMLs show the non altered versions
Note 2: Despite me recording the videos in Portrait Mode on a Samsung A51 the generated Plex thumbnails are Landscape*.
I also notices when lowering the bit rate that in the Video editing Tool (I use XMedia ReCode Version 3.5.7.9) the 3 Videos are also displayed Landscape*.

I dont think that this has something to do with it because if I down load videos or get send videos or use an iPhone to record in Portrait or Square form they will be distorted on Tizen aswell - but are displayed totaly fine on any other Plantforms.
