Portrait videos play blown up and distorted to Landscape

I read all the similar Discussion to this topic but this is diffrent. I have several Portrait videos and the work all fine on all apps and divices except since a while ago (unfortunatelly I cannot pin point an exact date) on my two Samsung which are both running Tizen 5 some are distorted and some are not . I analysed several files but I cannot make out what it triggers.

PS: I have not touched the 2 Samsung configurations in ages so that cannot be it.

Could you provide the media’s xml info? A sample clip would be helpful too to debug.

Flex - 071_1.zip (1.3 MB)
the Flex - 71_1 ist not distorted the Flex - 076 is distorted on Tizen 5 @sLumpy

Any findings?

The xml info has a surprising aspect ratio - 1.33 - for both videos.

I’ve just noticed that several Portrait/Phone videos in my Library are also indicated as “480p” and 1.33.

Do you notice any difference in playback behavior if you disable Direct Play/Stream, and/or if you Optimize the videos before playback?

No I don’t, neither any playback option nor optimized version changes anything

Do you have any findings?

@sLumpy I notice when the resolution is 340 x 720 the video is not distorted. When it is some thing odd like 410 x 716 it is distorted. Does that help?
