HELLO, I live in Bulgaria and have cable TV. I can find channels on the original app.
When I want to set up plex, nothing happens. Is there a way to search for channels without channel guides?

I read that, there is no solution to the problem. It always asks for an xmltv file. I don’t have one and there’s nowhere to get one.
That means unfortunately you cannot use the Live TV/DVR feature of Plex.

You’ll have to find a piece of software, or an online service, which can take EPG data from an available source and turn it into XMLTV file format.
Hello, the problem was solved thanks to another forum. I put the computer in safe mode, then started a channel scan - nothing happened, then in a normally running computer, they scanned and found channels. This is a bug in the TV tuner, it seems. Then I found an EPG file from Bulgaria and set the channels and it worked. Have a nice day
