It is originally released in 2009. It instead uses 2021 as listed on IMDB as “internet” release year: Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever (2009) - Release info - IMDb

Even though IMDb says it’s from 2009 at the top of the page, the release date is listed as November 1, 2021 in the Details section, and that’s the only date Plex has access to:

It can nevertheless be corrected on their cloud for metadata, which is why I report it. Also, it was correct until I just refreshed it.
