I got the HD HomeRun Prime with cable card. It scanned 562 but only 3 enabled. I guess what it can match to it’s guide. I can go in and edit some on the right side mach them to the left but just can’t to them all seems like can only pick over the air channels not any cable channels.
Whey can’t it just show what the cable card picked up and if it don’t have guide data to just leave it with the channel number and label.
Or any way to fix this?

I just deleted the DVR and started over and it ask for my zip code again and this time found all the cable channels and auto match them on the right side.
Before this it’s like it only had a list of over the air channels to match up with cable channels. So it just was bad. I was putting them in by hand but can’t do them all only the call letter ones.

This sounds like issue I just posted. In my case I have HDHomerun Extend and HDHomerun Prime boxs. Depending on which box I first add to plex, it appears to only use that guide (over air or cable) and will only add channels it can cross reference from the guide it selected from the first HDHomerun box that was added. This seems like a bug to me.

Plex only uses one source for the EPG at this time.
So yes, add the cable tuner first as most of the OTA channels will be listed as well.
Note: some sub-frequency OTA channels may be difficult to map correctly.
