When I first started testing the live TV and beta it only supported OTA now it appears it is supporting cable channels what is the best solution to get cable channels and OTA together I have a TiVo with a cable card and it has dual input antenna and cable I would like to have a similar set up with Plex
Silicon Dust’s HDHomeRuns should get you where you want. Their HDHR Prime can handle your cable channels – just need a cable card.
If you want OTA and cable in Plex, you’ll have to get a second device to just handle OTA and then add both of them to Plex. As of now, you can’t use two EPGs, so you’d probably just have to map both set of channels with your cable provider’s lineup.
