Hello! I’m trying to setep Camera Upload for my household and it’s just not working. I created a brand new Photos library in plex, pointed it to my Synology NAS network share called \IP address\Photos, and granted PLEX all the permissions necessary to Read/write to the folder.
I manually added a new folder then called “Camera Upload” and ensured I could see it as an album in the new Photos library. On my iPad and my iPhone when I enable Camera Upload to this new album it setups up fine, everything looks normal, and when you press upload the screen flashes for a second like it’s going to upload, then it says done and nothing happens. No photos ever upload from any devices, if you try to make anew album from the app it never appears, it just doesn’t seem to do anything.
