Camera Upload not uploading everything on Pixel 3

Player Version#:8.4.2.19372

I’m using Plex to backup my photos and videos on Android. It’s backed up >3000 photos and says that it’s up to date, but I can see it isn’t uploading everything. I’ve taken photos but it still says “Remaining Zero” and is not uploading.

Which logs would help to debug?

Should I switch to a different Camera Photo backup solution?

Same issue here. Mine will tell me it has “uploaded 6” photos and nothing shows up on the server. This is even with letting the app run in the foreground.
