Camera Upload Stuck

Camera Upload is stuck at Remaining 0.
Logs attached.

Thanks for reporting this, @clarenceb5. We’ll take a look.

Hi @clarenceb5 , thanks for sharing your logs. It seems the Camera Upload process gets stuck uploading one of the videos in the queue, as there is an error in that concrete file (maybe the video file is damaged?).
Could you confirm that?

I don’t believe the video that Camera Upload got stuck on was corrupt. I may have become impatient with Camera Upload and force stopped the app which may make the file look corrupt in the logs?

If the video that I believe Camera Upload got stuck on is file name “VID_20161009_210026.mp4”. This file plays without issue in Google Photos app. This file is not found in the Camera Roll of the local device, in fact there are no videos in the camera roll. This file also plays when streamed from the PMS from Mobile Photos but it causes Plex for Android to crash at the end of the playback.

Hi @clarenceb5 , thanks for providing more info about your issue with Camera Upload.
From the logs, the file that makes the upload process to get stuck is called VID_20160930_093448.mp4. Could you sanity check if that file is ok? It seems the issue is the file length is 0, which makes the upload process to fail.
About the file VID_20161009_210026.mp4, I didn’t find any information about it in the previous logs you posted, but I’d check the new ones to see what happens with it.

Since performing that ‘Camera Upload’ I have taken more pictures and performed ‘Camera Upload’ since with success which includes ‘VID_20160930_093448.mp4’.

Is it possible that the ‘Camera Upload’ progress indicator appears complete but the upload is not really complete? Maybe it should be an individual file upload progress indicator instead of a bunch upload indicator?

I just took a picture and have executed ‘Camera Upload’ and have posted the logs. The file ‘VID_20160930_093448.mp4’ should be included in this log as I have not purged any photos from the device.
