Camera Upload - Where are my photo's going?

Hi there,

I had enabled the Camera Upload feature on my phone to automatically upload my photo’s and videos back to my plex media server.

I had created a library on Plex
Set a path to a folder located on a my file storage drive array to keep it safe. (this is not the same path as to where Plex is installed to)

In my phone I have set this library as the path to upload to. There are no albums inside this.

My phone says its upload a bunch of files…etc but I continue to see 0 files in my library when trying to browse there.

Can anyone help with this?

Check all your folder locations that make up your Photo library on your plex server. My photos were going to a folder I no longer was using.

Photos should go into the folder you specified. If you don’t see them, maybe the app didn’t actually upload them. Please provide the log from the mobile app.
