Issue with Camera Upload on Android (Selected Server isn't reachable)

Hi all,

I had to do a fresh OS install awhile back (Windows 10) and recently reinstalled my Plex server (Version 3.2.1). I have everything working again except my mobile (Android) Camera Upload feature has stopped working. When I click on the Camera Upload option in the Android app I get the error shown in the attached image. If you don’t want to click the link the text of the error is “Camera Upload Error: The selected server isn’t reachable. Check your connection and try again.” The phone is definitely on the network and the server is selected in the app and is green status. Any ideas what might be causing this? Thanks!

Just under that error message I see the “L”. That should be library and under it should list the library you are uploading to. But there isn’t a library set yet. Try turning the feature off and pick the library to upload to, then enable the feature.

Having the same issue.

Fixed: just reinstalled the app, and setup Camera Upload again and all is good.
