Camera upload works on android but not ios

Player Version#: 4.46.1

I have plex on my FreeNAS server and camera upload works perfectly on my android phone but will not work from an iPhone. camera upload is why I have a lifetime plex pass so I want it to work. any ideas?

I would suggest to look at this thread. We are lots of people having camera upload problems.
