Hi, i have searched through the forums and can’t find my situation, but please accept my apologies if this has been resolved in another post.
I’m running Plex Media Server on a dietpi OS (on an x64 Fujitsu server). I am far from a linux guru so i may have overlooked something obvious…
I run the plex service as root, i think all permissions are ok (everything set to rw and all services being run as root anyway)
My media drives are directly connected and mounted to the server from an external RAID enclosure.
I run my plex metadata folder on a separate SSD and use a bindmount in FSTAB
/mnt/plexdata/Plex/Plex\040Media\040Server /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application\040Support/Plex\040Media\040Server none defaults,bind 0 0
Previously i have been using the camera upload feature from 3 iphones and it has worked fine (albeit the occasional glitch, but a reset camera upload always resolved those), but for the past 4 days it has stopped working.
now though, i seem to be unable to upload anything. It will try to upload the first image it finds and then it just reverts back to ‘waiting to upload’ (or to the 'press to start uploading if set to manual)
i have looked at the console and logs and it seems to acknowledge the upload has taken place, and seems to think that everything has worked ok
e.g.
@DEBUG - Upload complete (Content-Length: 4091403), safe to delete temporary file “/tmp/Plex/Upload/21311798/FD1E458A-A7CE-4098-A25C-ED3F289623D7/15/2018-12-15 12.10.04.JPG.inProgress”.
Sep 09, 2020 10:03:58.047 [0x7f67337fe700] DEBUG - Request: [192.168.1.12:65313 (Subnet)] POST /library/metadata?createdAt=1544875804&filename=2018-12-15%2012.10.04.JPG&locationID=44§ionID=15&type=13 (12 live) TLS GZIP Signed-in Token (treejumping)
however it has not added the file to my library.
I have logs that i can provide, but i am well and truly stumped. I’m not aware of anything that has changed in the last few days
Can someone please point me in the direction!
