Player Version#: all (Android, Samsung Tizen etc.)
Since a while my friends cannot play my videos anymore. They have access to the library however, but when they try to start the movie, they keep getting ther error “Play not possible” (German message “Abspielen nicht möglich”). So access to the files is working, but they are not being played.
Any idea what this could be?

Please supply DEBUG logs ZIP file which captures a playback attempt with failure.
There are too many possible causes to give a definitive answer without seeing the error.
Ok getting closer now, here’s the lines I think relate to the issue:

I do not remember to have direct audio stream disabled nor do I know where this can be changed…
BTW this attempt was done with a Samsung mobile Galaxy S22
One more thing: This issue only appears when I am not connected to my LAN with my mobile, so when connecting via GSM (external). When I am connected with WLAN all movies play automatically. Also friends have this issue while connecting via internet. On my own TV everything works perfectly fine.
Hi everyone I have similiar issue, all was working fine but suddenly plex stop working on my tablet, I can acces the library but when i click on the content , doesn’t start.
Meanwhile on the pc and the shield tv pro , connected via LAN , still works fine.
I didn’t change any setting, i tried to restar router and all the device but nothing happen.
I have plex pass. here is the log.
