Can access remote directly, but not via plex.tv

Hello, I have a dockerized plex server setup on a local unraid server. I can watch my library:

I can’t watch my library. externally on apple tv, or via plex.tv. I don’t know why, I can’t find the right logs to see why, I can’t investigate plex.tv as to why. The server says it’s fully accessible outside my network. I have family logging into plex via apple tv outside my network and they can’t reach my server. How can I start troubleshooting this?
