I can access my server by going to public-IP:32400, and I can access it locally. My Plex setup says that my server is accessible remotely, but when I try to access my libraries from my account (via laptop or Apple TV) it can’t connect.
I’m running a docker container on an unraid server that has worked flawlessly for years. I’m wondering if the problem is with the PMS container needing to be refreshed, but I’m not sure how to do that without losing my library.
What am I doing wrong?
