I’ve got an Xbox one S, and logged into the plex app, to stream from my synced onedrive account, now I’ve also got a ps4 and a laptop, both of which load movies and tv shows without any issue, but on the xbox one I click on a movie, the orange circle spins then vanishes, leaving a black screen, nothing I do seems to change this
