So I have had my Plex set up for a few days now with out any issues.
I was just using it earlier today as well.
However, as of a few hours ago, I have not been able to get my remote access to work. I have tried reading over the support articles and tried to figure it out from there, but with no luck.
I am not coming here for help after spending a few hours between reddit, support articles, google, and just testing stuff myself. So hopefully we can figure this out.
When on the same network, my server is fine, but on remote access it shows my server as offline.
My PC that is hosting the server is currently online, and is the same one I am using now. So its just remote access that is having these issues.

You find me confused.
To figure things out, it’ll be beneficial if you can share some more details (or at least check those out for yourself).

So I have read over this before coming here and none of it helped me.
To start with, it states that my remote access is fully accessible from outside of my network.
Next, I have manual port forwarding set up, and it’s set up just as the article states. It has been this way since Saturday.
I have a double nat set up, but that has been set up and taken care of.

Try some of the trouble shooting steps at this post (Plex inaccessible from same local network on web app through browser - #4 by kesawi) but apply them to the remote/WAN IP instead rather than a local IP.

Use a port checking tool (e.g. Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router) to check that your remote port and IP are accessible.

Report back your actually findings and test results, not just that you’ve tried them and everything shows okayas that doesn’t give us anything to go on.

In that case, please share the individual results / findings of the different troubleshooting steps.

e.g. is your port forward working and is the public (WAN) IP address and specified public port visible / are requests successfully passed through to the server’s host device…?
Network of the Windows machine is setup as private or public?
ISP WAN IP address is confirmed to be a public IPv4 address?
…

Couldn’t tell you exactly what fixed it. Was checking my routers page. Pushed a firmware update through, and just re set up a couple things and it fixed it
