Can I copy only Metadata folder between servers?

So I’m moving to a new server and I was wondering can I copy only the metadata folder? since I have a huge library and it would take days to download all the metadata. I don’t want to copy the entire Database since the new server already has some libraries that weren’t in the old one.

You cannot “merge” databases.
Either you copy the database in full, thus creating an exact “clone” of the server with all its libraries, or you don’t.
