Hi,
can I edit the RasPlex settings with a remote pc?
There are three Raspberry Pie in our home. They act as a special music and audiobook station (installed in childs room, sleeping room, living room), without connection to a monitor or a tv or similar.
Now is it a little bit complicated to edit the settings. I have the device to break down and connect to my computer or tv. The whole thing just for one or two settings to change. This is not often the case, but for future changes it would be quite handy.
Can I perhaps connect via SSH and edit a text file?
Technically yes, all is stored on xml files you can edit if you know what you are doing
I think you can find it inside /.plexht/userdata
Thank you very much for your answer, it was very useful!

You can also edit them if you don’t know what you are doing, but results may not be ideal. ![]()
