Can I get my Server Certificate Reset?

Hi,

I recently purchased an Nvidia Shield TV Pro and some expandable storage to create my own Plex Media Server after playing around with it on my laptop. They just arrived at my front door, and nothing seemed to work. In Plex.tv i cant connect to the shield, and everytime I change to expandable storage it says i have no internet connection??? I saw on reddit that someone got their Server Certificate reset and it worked…
