I’ve noticed that Plex crops my cover images so that they are all square. (I’m also aware that I could make all of my cover images square so that I see exactly what I want in the square, but with 23,000 albums, that could take a while.)
Before I go & make it a feature request, is there a preference where I can make the image shown to be the complete image (albeit within a square) rather than the cropped equivalent?
I think it really enhances a library if you can see particular characteristics of the original format, whether it be a longbox or a digipak or whatever.
This was a cassette release & it looks a lot better uncropped in Roon than cropped in Plex.
