Can no longer add users in Manage Library Access

Hi All,

I’m having an issue trying to add users to my Library. I have added users in the past without issue, this started a few days ago.

When I try to add a user I go through the process fine, until I click the final “Send” button to confirm that I’m adding the user. If I’m connecting locally through the IP, I get the error “Something went wrong while sharing.” If I try it while connecting through app.plex.tv, the error is “Request failed with status code 422”. This has carried through from the previous version of Plex I was using through to the current version 1.32.6.7557. I have tried restarted the docker container, as well as restarting the whole server.

Other functionality seems unaffected - remote access and playback still works, media is still being added, thumbnails being generated etc.

I can add the logs but having checked them I can’t see anywhere where they refer to an attempt to add a user, so I’m not sure I’m looking at the right logs or not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue except I’ve only ever shared to two ppl, with only one ever actually using it.
