I had maxed out sharing my library with users. I removed those who do not use it anymore and now cannot add anymore new ones. It still says the limit has been reached. Is there a known issue or a way to fix this with a work around?
AFAIK, this error is currently being thrown if any type of error occurs with the communication between the client and plex.tv.
So it doesn’t necessarily have to be too much shared users. (you are not even close to that limit)
Are you using any type of VPN, Proxy, or “internet filter” either on your server machine or your router?
If you are so inclined, you could take a look at the console of your web browser to see the actual error when it happens. This may help he developers to pin this one down.
