Can not access my PMS after reset password

Server Version#: 4.84.1
Player Version#: Plex Web

I’m using PMS on my unraid server(LAN IP: 192.168.50.21) and yesterday I received the security email and I reset my password, also selected logout all my device checkbox, then I found out my local media server not showing up in the plex web side panal today.

So I look at the instruction here, I remove the PMS in my authorized device setting and I backup the Preferences.xml and remove it, then I restart the PMS docker container on my unraid.

But now I’m still can’t access my local media server in my Plex Web, which I am accessing by url http://192.168.50.21:32400/web/index.html#!/
I have also tried using ssl tunnel by ssh -L 32400:192.168.50.21:32400 root@192.168.50.21 and access Plex web by 127.0.0.1:32400, but that also not working.

Please provide some help for my PMS accessing, here is my debug log from http://192.168.50.21:32400/web/index.html#!/logs

For the people with same situation like me, I just found the right way to solve it!

Deleted Plex Now Can Not Reinstall

@rdargus I would like you to do the following. Install PMS With PMS running, Now SSH into the machine and keep it there at the prompt for a minute. Now open a new browser tab to Claim | Plex It will give you a claim token… COPY it (click the button) Return to the SSH prompt. Type: curl -X POST 'http://127.0.0.1:32400/myplex/claim?token=PASTE_CLAIM_TOKEN_HERE' It will look like curl -X POST 'http://127.0.0.1:32400/myplex/?token=claim-xxxxxxx' Hit enter. It will take 15-20 seconds …

I just follow this solution and now it work!
