But since an update I now can not add media to my plex pass plus account ???
Can somebody please help me out.. ??
You didn’t say what OS you’re using but given Plex not having Read permission on Linux is one of the most common problems, I’m going to guess that’s what’s wrong.
If you’ve changed your structure, when you created the new structure, did you remember to give 755 to directories and 644 to the files? If not, what you show above will happen every time.
If I am incorrect, please share your configuration

It really looks like thats listing an android directory. Is it possible you are using a shield? I’m guessing you are viewing plex.tv on a windows 10 machine, but which machine is the actual plex server running on?

I have not long had a Shield… and the problem may of started about then which was about the same time Plex did some updates…
Yes… Pc has all my media… not Shield… any ideas ???

Connecting to a Network Location (SMB)

Sorry… I think I or All of you are missing the POINT…
ALL my media Photos are on a HARD DRIVE in PC (OFFICE)
In front room is my TV and sheild which is new… and the problems started about the time I got this…
I connect to PLEX on PC and TV but it dont show the media… I logged in to plex on PC to drive drives BUT NO DRIVES are SHOWING… Its like the SHEILD has taken over the network from PC ???
I just want it BACK to how I have it for nearly 3 years which was 100% Brilliant at the Moment PLEX is CRAP !!!

The above images that you have linked show that you are trying to create a library on the server running on your shield. This is precisly why you cannot add your windows drive to the library, they do not exist in a way for the shield server to see them.
It sounds like you have two servers running and the library you are accessing is actually hosted on the shield itself instead of your windows PC.
What happens when you click on the server name from the main screen in the web app? You should get a popup that has all the servers your account is authorized for. From there you should be able to then select the server that is running on your actual PC.
You can also try disabling the shield server which will stop it from being the default server you are currently accessing:
