Can Not Enter Postal Code no Continue Button

Tuner Make/Model: HD Homerun Prime

Tonight went to watch Live TV and no matter what channel I tuned to I got an error saying that it couldn’t play the video.

I tested the HD Homerun on my computer and everything worked fine, so decided to delete the Live TV & DVR and add it back in again.

Added the HdHome Run fine, told it I was in the United States, then when I got to the Program Guide screen, I selected my language as English and punched in my postal code of 06111 and am now stick here as the continue button is greyed out.

What do I do now? Help please. :). Thanks!

You haven’t said where you are, so I will presume its the US :wink:

  • try another postcode near you
  • delete DVR and start again
  • check for errors during installation of DVR in PMS console

Well I saw in the console last night it was trying to download some kind of certificate from Plex and was getting a server error from the Plex.tv server. So I left it alone.

This morning I went back in and tried it again and it worked fine, so looks like maybe it was an issue on Plex’s side last night.

Glad its working again. :smiley:
