Plex was working fine, then one day the guide wouldn’t work. Tried to delete and set up again. Now I can’t get past the screen where it asks for the zipcode for the guide programming. The circle just spins then stops. Can’t click on continue. Using Windows 10 with a WD PR4100 NAS and a HD HomeRun Quatro. Please help. Thanks!

The exact same problem here. Using HDHomerun Extend, Plex Media Server on Drobo 5N, and trying to set up DVR with Plex On the Drobo.

I have the same problem in UK. Running the latest version of Plex Server ( Version 1.16.4.1469) but when I add the UK postal code the ‘continue’ button is not clickable. Running Plex on QNAP server with HDHomeRun Connect (running latest firmware 20190621). Tried on both the Windows Desktop programme and Web app. Was running fine until earlier

Same here, going on 3 weeks now and not even an acknowledgement from Plex. Very frustrating

I downloaded the latest version of the server and I’m now able to re-add my DVR.
Same here, had to delete my HDHome Extend setup on my nVidia Shield TV server and now can’t click on continue on the Zipcode option. more than a month with the issue and no Fix yet.
update the server on the shield but no luck with the DVR setup
Did anyone get a resolution for this. I’m in the UK, just bought a HD home run and have come across the same issue on Plex server running on a shield?
