I had to remove my Live TV and DVR set-up, because it wasn’t able to tune properly, but now I can’t set it up again. I’ve tried every permutation of my Postcode but the Continue button just stays greyed out.
If I look at the logs via journalctl (sudo journalctl -u plexmediaserver -f), I see the following log line when I go through the process of trying to set it up:
Same issue with mine. Also HDHOMERUN QUATRO in UK. Came back home to find out that DVR not working at all. Tried to delete device and install again but can’t because it doesn’t do anything after I type the postcode in.
I am paying for this to work but it doesn’t!
I,m still having issues when I put my postcode in, it sometimes works and sometimes it doesn’t work get message saying unable to fetch Guide settings , when It works I click the the search button it starts to search but finds nothing and comes with an error to retry, when I do it does the same please advise
Hey, about same time as issue started, Freeview was doing channels update, so you should have rescan channels on your TV and TV tuner you’re using for Plex (HDHomerun?).
Try to scan for channels (you can do it via Plex as well).

There are lots of users with same symptom of timeouts on the requests. They should route to cloudflare IP addresses - you need to talk to someone technical in Three customer service and they need to investigate

trying to help some one setup a new plex account and they are having the issue with getting the DVR Postal code for USA 55802 working it does not move stuck at this screen
I tried the US post code and it does work for me. I would need server debug logs covering the failure. Ideally doing this after a restart of Plex Media Server so I can see the start up sequence in the logs
