Can not get Sync to Work for the life of me

I’ve been trying to get Plex Sync to work for the past few days. I’m running Plex on Ubuntu 16.04 (not dockerized), with storage provided by PlexDrive. I am able to play all my media perfectly fine, even with it transcoded. I have updated all Plex clients to the latest, and have ensured there’s plenty of space on my drives.

For the life of me, I can’t seem to get syncing to work. Every time I try, the sync appears to start, the conversion appears to happen at 6x to 11x (depending on file), and then, suddenly stops with “The transcoder has encountered an error” before any progress is made.

Can someone please take a look at my logs to help me see where Plex is having trouble?

I’m not sure what to make of this, or where to even start to fix the issues unfortunately, as these logs don’t seem to be too descriptive.

Is the Library directory on a drive which is not the OS root drive or hasn’t been mounted with the exec option?

Error code 1 = “Permission denied” when coming from the transcoder This usually means it couldn’t load the codec (a shared library) into memory.

Edit: ignore previous response.

The PMS Library drive is on the OS root drive itself. Could it be a missing binary that I should install? I installed PMS directly using dpkg -i.
