Server Version#: Version 1.13.5.5332
For the past several weeks, I have been getting transcoding errors whenever I try to sync a movie for offline viewing. Most of my attempts have been syncing to an iPad Pro running the latest iOS and the latest Plex app. My server version is up to date and yet the process fails about 90% of the time. I tried creating optimized versions for mobile and that also failed on most attempts. I don’t know what to do to get this working but would appreciate any help you can offer. Attached are my server logs to help with diagnosing the issue.
