Can not install a new DVR for Live Stream or Record [SOLVED]

Tuner Make/Model: HD Homemrun Connect
Guide/Lineup name:
Using XMLTV?:
Channel number/Name: any
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

All Live playback or Recording functions fail with the dialog:
Recording failed. Please check your tuner or antenna.
And the tuner works with its own software and with other apps.

In the past Delete DVR and make a new one, download the EPG data would often fix any issues. Not this time.

Any’ ideas or thoughts on what direction I should be working on this issuie?

That server version is broken on the Shield. There is a new server update that fixes it. Check for an update.

I will look for the update. OF the things I tried was uninstall and re-install Plex on the Shield.

In the meantime the DVR started working again. This what I think is what happened. My new DVR was installed correctly when I did that procedure. Somewhere there was Plex client or an old PMS running. When I go to Live TV the interface is NOT pointing to my new DVR because I am not in a fresh Plex program.

Point to a post t hat explains how to quit the PMS and the client. Maybe that will help anyone else reading this post after me.
