Server Version#:PMS 1.30.0.6442
While trying to install it I am getting the following message:
The 32-bit version of PMS was dedected in the next step it will be uninstalled.
Then
Error during the uninstall of the 32 bit version, please try to uninstall it manually
Errror code: 1620
Error message: This installation package could not be opened.
Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows installer package.
Setup can not continue.
I downloaded this package directly from your site.
It looks like main problem is to uninstall old 32-bit PMS.
Deleted HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc. registry key.
Now I am getting error 2 while trying to install PMS 1.30.0.6442 64-bit ???

Same issue with the just released PMS 1.30.0.6486 64-bit
Package is detecting old 32 bit version, can not remove the old 32 bit version and can not open.
Is there any help available???

Very likely you have used some sort of 3rd-party “registry optimizer” or “uninstaller” software, so the old PMS cannot be uninstalled.

No, I didn’t use any 3rd party reg optimizer.
Provided link is quite old I believe.
Fix it tool is not available and was replaced by troubleshooters, but I can’t fine any of these troubleshooters that might relate to this case.
I am not sure if this is also usable on Win 11. I don’t see any reason why not.
Use this to uninstall “Plex Media Server” as well as “Stopping Plex”.
