Version 1.83.1.4061-d3f45728 - I can’t play anything locally

Since the latest update (Version 1.83.1.4061-d3f45728), I can’t play anything locally. I am on the computer with the saved media, and I can’t play anything since the update occured.
But I can play it on my phone via the Android App. But I use the Windows Desktop app for watching all my media on my TV and since the last update I can’t.

We would need the desktop player logs to see what is going on

Is there any suggestions on a solution? Did my log file I uploaded yesterday help?

I have realized that both the Desktop Ap and the PMS server were updated around the same time, and I was blaming the Ap update, but now I think it was PMS update. The reason I think that is when the PMS is running I can’t play anything from any source, not even the Plex media that Plex provides, let alone the locally stored files from my own media collection.
But I was trying a few things, and when I exit’d out of PMS so that PMS was not automatically running, then I can play media from other souces like the Plex Media and shared media from another server, but is still can NOT play any of my local media that the PMS manages. But then when PMS is turned back on nothing plays from any source…
