My server is connected via ethernet to my XB7 Gateway (no modem). Any device connected to the Wi-Fi from the same router can stream from my server, but once I take it off Wi-Fi or connect to a different Wi-Fi, the Plex apps say I don’t own or have access to any servers. I’ve done the port forwarding, looked into my firewall on the Xfinity website and it hasn’t changed anything. On the web app from the computer the server runs from it says “app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “server name” securely”, but it runs fine on the actual plex windows app. On the server settings under remote access, it says that remote access is fully accessible outside of my network.
