Can Plex DVR (on Nvidia Shield TV) handle multiple tuners?

I have a WinTV that works fine with Plex DVR. It’s my understanding that you can only use one of these with Plex/ShieldTV. If I added an HDHomerun, would Plex DVR be able to use both tuners to record?
