In the “Album collections” section of Plexamp, I manually sort the albums on my computer by dragging them into the desired order. However, after I sort them this way, Plexamp does not reflect the custom sorting. This kind of sorting only appears correctly in Plex for Windows and Plex for Web.
I’m aware that sorting can be controlled by editing the album metadata and setting a numerical value in the “Sort Album” field, but the problem is that if an album belongs to multiple collections, it can only follow one set order based on that value — making it impossible to sort it differently in different collections.
Therefore, I would like to request that Plexamp support a “custom sorting” display option for collections, so that the manually arranged order (e.g., drag-and-drop order) can be preserved and shown properly. Thank you!
