Can someone help with an audio problem?

I can also confirm this - I’ve removed all the devices, open up the UWP and it says the creds have expired.
It then allows me to browse, but not play MP3s as before.
I don’t have any audio in non-mp3 format, I wonder if anyone else can confirm if it is purely an mp3 issue…?
Video is fine.

I just noticed I had this same issue on 3.0.78 and tried the suggestion of removing and relogging in which did not fix the problem. I have just updated to 3.0.81 and the issue is still present.

Witht he latest versions of PMS and the plex windows 10 app, I can confirm that I still have the same issue after having followed pombeirp earlier recommendations.

This issue came with 3.0.78

I was able to repro. We’ll take a look at it today and hopefully issue a bug fix release soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, running Windows 10 app 3.0.83 and we have this issue since 3.0.78. Running the client on multiple Windows 10 PCs and none of them can play music. Everything else seems to work fine. Server is running on Ubuntu, 1.2.2.2857.

Can we get some focus on this please from the devs, breaking an app that has the prime purpose of playing music such that it can’t play music is rather critical!

We should be able to rollback to a previous version when this happens… Or maybe some basic QA should have caught such issue.

I am also experiencing the same problem. Unable to play music on local machine, local network and remote. Video and pictures work just fine. I have the latest windows 10 app installed and latest media server.

Also experiencing this issue with my Lumia 950XL (I haven’t tried with my surface because it’s in for repair).

I’m adding a “me too” to this… Nokia Lumia 930 running Windows Phone 10. Same symptoms but it appears I can’t stream any music at all. I have music in ALAC, MP3 and MP4 formats and none play.

Still no news on this issue?
