I have been using PLEX for a while now, and I am considering buying the lifetime PLEX PASS, I have seen some videos about the PROS and CONS of having the PLEX PASS.
for what I can understand, it covers most of my sharing needs with friends and family, but there is some missing key points that I still need to be answered.
Well, my question is, does PLEX PASS works on the iOS App as well, or do I have to pay another 5.99 to enjoy my movies on the go for each phone or tablet that I want to use?
If you have an active Plex Pass then use of our mobile apps is a benefit. You just need to sign into the app with your Plex account that has the Plex Pass.
Additionally while general sharing and remote access is free, the Plex Pass feature “Plex Home” allows you to add up to 14 other accounts that you share with to use the mobile apps for free when they are signed in with their account. To be clear Plex Home is designed for folks you actually live with, like your spouse and kids, as those users will be in the fast user switching menu. You can read about it here
