[Request] Share the benefits of PlexPass with family!

It would be awesome if we could share the benefits of our already purchased Plex Pass with our family members. I ran into this issue a while ago and am still on the fence about buying multiple copies of the App "just because". If the App was cheaper ($1..) I wouldn't think too much of it.. but at $5 a pop, it really adds up (I would like to have 3 other people using my Plex, so $15 just for apps?). I don't mean to sound like a scrooge but I'm already supporting PlexPass with my monthly sub =/

 

I think if we have the Yearly or Lifetime pass we should be able to link up to 3/5 (respectively) family member accounts to share our Plex Pass benefits with. You can even do this with Amazon Prime (not Student accounts though), so why not Plex? :D

 

PS- our work around right now is using Plex.tv but the mobile implementation of Plex.tv right now is pretty bad (I know, it's beta.. just sayin')..

Why not purchase a copy of plex for $5 on a family account Play store or IOS.

Use that account to install on many devices and use the secondary plex accounts to connect to the plex.

This is low priority if your willing to pay $5 per Platform your family uses.. $10 max..

Go to  plex.tv/web/app in safari. There is an option in safari in iOS devices to create home screen shortcuts. Create a plex shortcut.  

I have the plex app on my iPhone/iPad and i prefer to use the browser since the gui looks so much better. 

My girlfriend used to do the same thing on her iPad. I forced her to buy the app just to support the dev and she went back to using the browser  :D
