Does a Plex Home share my Plex Pass ? Would my family be able to use the android and iOS app without the 1 minute limit?

if your talking managed users without independent plex.tv account credentials then i think it would only work from in home… if remote users with there own login then no

if they have there own… yes/no… the android app has a one time per google account fee or plex pass…

not sure on ios but maybe similar

All users in a Plex Home, whether they are managed or regular accounts, can use the mobile apps at no cost.
